In 1994, SG Global Biotech Sdn. Bhd. is the 1st traditional medicinal plant to comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard in Malaysia. Our commitment to quality has been rewarded with ISO 9001 in 1999. QIS Research Laboratory Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SG Global, is an ISO/IEC 17025 SAMM certified analysis laboratory arm that adheres to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standard to perform various testing services to meet the stringent Quality Control in place. In our continuing effort to produce quality products, we have successfully acquired HACCP certification for our Manufacturing Division of Food Products in 2012.
SG Global provides pharmaceutical contract manufacturing services in herbal natural medicine, food supplements, and health food for clients from Malaysia and overseas. The production processes include using herbs as raw materials and ready-made medicines based on proven formula to meet clients' specifications. The company is also actively involved in various R&D activities to ensure high quality and innovation in its products. SG Global also forms a synergistic partnership with a local Bio-Nexus firm Avenue Biotech Sdn Bhd to develop and market Pu-Er Tea and Gingko extract using SFE (Super Critical Fluid Extraction) technology.

QIS Research Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. is a traditional medicine manufacturing plant which complies with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standard in Malaysia. QIS also adheres to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standard to perform various testing services to meet the stringent Quality Control in place. QIS provides OEM services for Traditional Complementary products (TCM) and offers testing services in the areas of Microbiological and Chemical analysis in Traditional Chinese Medicine and food products. The plant and laboratory are run by a team of qualified professionals, Chemist, Microbiologist and well experienced supporting staff to meet client requirements. We constantly carry out Quality Assurance programs to ensure analytical precision and accuracy.

Yan Ou Holdings (M) Sdn Bhd is the only company listed on the Malaysia 32 bird's nest processing manufactory of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA) for the bird's nest industry.
Our manufactory is complying with the GMP specifications for health products production, and also obtained the HACCP certification of the international food safety risk management system.
From the removal of bird's nest impurities, grinding, hair picking, styling, air-drying, inspection, packaging and other processing, it is fully based on our international food certification (HACCP Food Safety System Specification, ISO 22000-2005 Food Safety Management System, GMP Good Manufacturing Practice, VHM Veterinary Health Mark)
The tern processing factory is registered in China as A2A003. Sarangyan bird's nest products are free of preservatives and any chemical additives during the production process. They are 100% healthy and natural bird's nest products.
